Two old gits, one old boat & the Atlantic Ocean

That's me (Tom) on the left and Mick on the right taken just before we departed Falmouth on 24th July in Bonny my Biscay 36, built in 1975 and shown below parked up on our arrival on 28th July in Gigon, Northern Spain after a rather bumpy crossing of the Bay of Biscay

So what's it all about? Well the plan is to sail a circuit of the North Atlantic via Northern Spain, the Madeira Islands, the Canaries, the Cape Verde Islands, the South West Caribbean, the east coast of the USA (maybe) and Halifax, Canada and then back to the UK.

The main blog pages chronicle our experiences sailing from one location to another; the constant maintenance and repair activities, and our explorations of the various locations we visit throughout the journey.
